Durata programului: 2016-2017 Obiectivele programului: Obiectivul 1 INFLPR: Cercetari avansate folosind laseri, plasma si radiatii destinate domeniilor de specializare inteligenta si de interes public In cadrul acestui obiectiv general se regasesc urmatoarele obiective specifice, corespunzatoare proiectelor propuse pentru finantare prin Programul Nucleu: Studiul fenomenelor de interactie intre materia aflata in toate starile de agregare si campurile electromagnetice ultra-intense aplicate simultan cu temperaturi extreme si/sau iradieri cu particule incarcate; Sinteza procesarea si caracterizarea micro- si nano-structurilor si nanomaterialelor cu proprietati structural, compozitionale si functionale noi realizate prin tehnici laser, plasma sau radiatii pentru aplicatii in fotonica, chimie, micro-optofluidica si industrii de varf; Studii multidisciplinare bazate pe tehnici cu laser si cu plasma pentru dezvoltarea de biomateriale si medicamente functionalizate, dispozitive cu aplicatii medicale si de diagnosticare si pentru reducerea poluarii; Cercetari aplicative cu laseri, plasma si radiatii destinate dezvoltarii de materiale avansate in vederea utilizarii lor in tehnologii emergente in domeniile energie, mediu, sanatate, spatiu si securitate.
